IEBC Bars NASA From Being On The Ballot Causing Anxiety

The Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has made a ruling that is bound to cause anxiety and confusion in the parties that make up the National Super Alliance (NASA).

IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati said that the NASA logo will not appear on the ballot papers come August 8th.

The chairperson, who was addressing journalists at the commission offices, said that NASA will instead use ODM’s orange logo since Raila Odinga is the NASA flagbearer.

Raila and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka will be on the ballot boxes under their respective parties.

It is not clear how this new development will be received by the parties that constitute NASA.

ODM leader Raila Odinga was announced as NASA presidential flagbearer after months of negotiations and certainty.

The new outfit is gearing for countrywide campaign in a bid to wrestle power from the Jubilee Party.
