 Kabogo conceded defeat on a live T.V interview he was quoted.

'' I think someone does not want me for Governor of Kiambu & I am done for now. I wish Waititu, people of Kiambu well. I however do not agree with the nomination process because so many fishy deals have been done. I wish Hon. Waititu well If indeed he is able to become the next governor of Kiambu''
