Controversial Runyenjes MP Cecily Mutitu Mbarire has been linked to a sex scandal that took place at a hotel room in Nairobi.
According to source the MP was busted by a fellow politician in a room with a Principal Secretary.
Cecily Mbarire’s marriage is said to have hit the rocks and the Jubilee politician has been sleeping around.
