Gem MP Jakoyo Midiwo who is also a close relative to Nasa Flag bearer Raila Odinga has gone mad and he is going around the constituency attacking resident like a rabid dog.Sources say that he has been going house to house in a bid to smoke out those rogue political agents that took millions of shillings from him in pretense that they will campaign for him but never delivered.
