Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria was one of the many sitting legislators who had lost the Jubilee Party ticket in yesterday’s party primaries.

Lady luck smiled on the foul mouthed MP when the nominations were nullified by the party honchos following widespread claims of irregularities across the country.

The shambolic nominations witnessed in many parts of the country saved the skin of many incumbents. Winning the Jubilee ticket in Rift Valley and Central is as good as winning a seat in the August 8th polls.

Uhuru Kenyatta’s close ally, Moses Kuria, was shocked when Gatundu South residents opted for the little known Kung’u Kibathi.

Kuria has appeared in court on several occasions to answer to charges of hate mongering.
