7 things you need to know about Moses Kuria


1.      'Incitement' Kuria was caught on camera inciting youth in Gatundu. It is purported that he used Swahili and Kikuyu dialect and asked them to use their machete to chop anyone who opposes the National Youth Service initiative across the country. It is alleged that the Gatundu south legislator was responding to politicians who were criticising Anne Waiguru
2.      2. Stormed out of TV studio On July 14, the controversial legislator walked out of Citizen TV's The Big Question when a video clip played depicting how he was inciting youth against those opposed to government projects.
3.      3. ICC Kuria claimed that the case pitting Deputy President William Ruto and former radio journalist Joshua Arap Sang at International Criminal Court (ICC) was politically organised. Speaking at a prayer rally on September 20, he revealed that together with Martha Karua they coached witnesses to testify against Ruto and Sang.
