Revealed: Here Are Prominent Politicians Who Offered Jaguar Millions To Leave Politics

Singer turned politician aspirant Charles Njagua alias Jaguar has revealed that there are politicians who attempted to bribe him with millions of cash to drop his bid for the Starehe Jubilee parliamentary ticket ahead of the next general elections.
The singer said that the leaders had called him for private meeting with aim of giving him money so that he can pave way for them during nominations, adding that they knew he was going to win the ticket.
He also said that the men behind the matter are powerful Nairobi politicians and investors. Pulse reports that the party’s top brass is not aware of the alleged deals.
The revelations of the singer come after he camped outside Jubilee House alongside his supporters waiting for his ticket following a dispute with former Minister Maina Kamanda after Starehe MP certificate was awarded the ticket in a controversial manner.
The singer, who declared the winner on Wednesday said that he does not want to talk more about the matter.
“I don’t really want to talk about the intrigues behind the certificate as that is now behind us. I want to thank the party for listening to the appeal and declaring me the winner because I won squarely,“ he said as quoted by SDE.
The Kigeugeu hitmaker also thanked his fans for the support they accorded him to win the ticket. “I thank my supporters for standing with me as that is their right. The next step is for us to deliver the Starehe seat and that I assure you we will,” he added.
