Reknown Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has come clear on how NASA has already rigged the August 8th elections.

In an article on a popular Kenyan newspaper Mutahi,  discredite Raila's 10 million saying its just a phrase used to scare away Jubilee.

He revealed Raila has already cooked the numbers

''Raila is not intterested in the election and has already cooked the election in his own tallying station and he can announce the results tomorrow if he wants to. To him he won the election the day he was declared NASA presidential candidate.''
