Then, lower them out to the sides as far as you can, like you are an airplane. Next, raise them up again and back above your chest. This process needs to be repeated in 3 sets of 10 repetitions at least 3 times per week. The exercise is working on the muscles under your breasts, in the upper chest, and in the underarm area. You will need extra virgin oil. Lie on your bed and put some pillows under your back. Put on some of the oil on your hands and rub and massage your breasts in circular motions, making 10 circles around each breast and repeating the massage every other day. In case there is too much oil left on your breasts, you can wipe it off with a towel, but leave a bit behind as it is great for skin elasticity.
