Drinking Water On An Empty Stomach Can Cure A Long List Of Diseases! Find Out Which Ones!

Plain water has been used by the Japanese as a preventive measure against many health problems for centuries, and ever since their tradition became known to the Western world, it has begun a new craze.
The benefits of drinking water on an empty stomach has been backed up by a lot of researches which claim that water can be extremely useful for the prevention and treatment of arthritis, epilepsy, migraines, muscular pains, heart problems, high cholesterol, meningitis, nausea, asthma, bronchitis, gastritis, diabetes, diarrhea, constipation, kidney diseases, menstrual pains, and ocular issues, among others.

How to do it properly?
Following the Japanese tradition is very simple.
You should start by drinking 640ml of water right after you wake up. Then, you should wait for 40 minutes before eating your breakfast. When you finish your meal, do not consume any food or liquid for 2 hours.
If you’re having trouble with drinking that much water at first, you can start by drinking less (but as much as you can), and in time increase it to 640ml.
How long should you keep it up?
  • A month for people with diabetes;
  • 6 months for people with cancer;

  • 3 months for people with tuberculosis;
  • A month for people with high blood pressure;
  • 10 days for people with gastritis;
  • 10 days for people with constipation;
2 weeks (3 days during the first week and all days during the second week) for people with arthritis.
These are all guidelines regarding specific diseases; however, it would be extremely beneficial if you form the habit despite having no diagnosis.
The best thing about the Japanese method is that it has to side-effects, and if it is combined with regular exercise and healthy diet, it will keep you healthier and more energized.

However, forming the habit might feel strange at first.
